Even though the front office manager was polite the rooms were very disappointing.We checked in and they gave us a terrific room with dirty bedsheets and a bathroom full of mould.Then we changed room and there was no wifi,no hot water, the bathroom was again mouldy.Also, they didn’t change our towels as well as the bedsheets after 5 days!!Lastly, the reception was rather ignorant,they didnt even tell us how to call the reception.Worst choice ever,wouldn’t recommend!
The room was beautiful, warm and spotless and the stuff was very helpful and kind. Amazing experience overall!
